Return Policy

Returns at Atlantic Tactical have just gotten easier!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in the original packaging with your receipt and a copy of your packing slip within 30 days. On your packing slip, invoice, or a separate note please indicate which items you are returning and why.

To receive a credit or refund, product must be new and in resalable condition with its original packaging. Guns, special orders, close-outs, and items that are engraved or altered may not be returned. Shipping is not refundable.

To ensure returns are processed as quickly as possible, please ship to:

Upon receiving your return, the items will be inspected to ensure they are in new condition with tags and show no evidence of use or wear. If we find that your item does not meet the requirements for return we will ship it back to you.

If you are exchanging your item for a different item or a different size your original payment method will be charged for the return freight. If you paid by check or cash you must included a check or call us to make payment arrangements for shipping before we can ship your new item back to you.

If you are return for credit you can only receive credit in the same form as the original payment (we will send a check if the original payment was cash).

Please Note:

*We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, keep your tracking number available and insure your package.

*Customized items are not eligible for return unless the return is a result of Atlantic Tactical's error. Customized items include but are not limited to: Embroidered items, badges, customized clothing items (anything with sewing done, including patches, and stripes on pants), body armor (please call if you armor needs alterations) or special order items that we don't typically stock. We reserve the right to deny a return for any reason.

*If Atlantic Tactical made a mistake and it resulted in your return, please contact us and we can issue you a call tag to pick up your shipment and pay for the return freight.

Product Warranty / Guarantee

Most manufacturers have a factory direct warranty. This means that if you have a problem with a product or the product is defective, you must call the manufacturer. Atlantic Tactical is often not permitted to diagnose a problem or determine if a product is under warranty.

Atlantic Tactical is an authorized warranty repair center for Streamlight Flashlights. We have Streamlight trained professionals in our New Cumberland location. If you need repair to a Streamlight flashlight, please call us at (800) 781-2677 or (717) 774-3339. (Press 3 for the retail store)

Low Price Guarantee

We will match any nationally advertised competitor's advertised price on an identical item, or we will refund the difference if the item was purchased from us within seven days of the competitor's ad. Ad errors, close-outs, and clearances are excluded. All Prices are Subject to Change.
